1. What we provide

Hotel Booking for Visa ("we", "us") issues hotel booking confirmations / reservation documents intended as proof of accommodation for visa applications and travel, and — as a secondary product — flight reservation itineraries. Each document is a genuine reservation confirmation carrying a QR code and reference that can be verified at hotelbookingforvisa.com/verify-hotel.

Our documents are not prepaid or guaranteed hotel stays unless explicitly purchased as such. You pay a service fee for the preparation, issuance, delivery and verification hosting of the document — not for hotel accommodation.

2. Acceptable use

• Use documents honestly, as proof of accommodation / travel intent, in line with the requirements of the embassy, airline or authority requesting them.
• Do not alter, forge or misrepresent a document, or present it as a fully paid stay when it is not.
• You are responsible for checking your specific embassy's requirements; acceptance decisions rest solely with the authority reviewing your application.

3. Accuracy of your information

Documents are generated from the details you enter (names, dates, destination). Check them carefully before paying; we are not liable for errors in information you supplied.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or PayFast over SSL. We never see or store full card numbers. Prices may be displayed in your local currency using live exchange rates; the settlement currency may be USD or ZAR depending on gateway.

5. Refunds

Full refund any time before you download or open the PDF. Once downloaded, the document is considered delivered and the order is non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.

6. No guarantee of visa outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee visa approval, entry, or acceptance of any document by any authority. Our responsibility is limited to issuing a genuine, verifiable confirmation as described.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
