The one-line policy
Full refund any time before you download or open your confirmation PDF. Once downloaded, the document is considered delivered and the order is non-refundable.
Why "before download"?
Your confirmation is a digital document that is consumed the moment it is opened — it cannot be "returned". Until that moment, you carry zero risk: if your plans change, your visa slot moves, or you simply change your mind, we refund in full.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order number or confirmation code.
- If the PDF has not been downloaded, we refund to your original payment method. Processing times: Stripe 5–10 business days, PayPal 3–5, PayFast 5–10.
Date changes instead of refunds
If your travel dates moved, we can reissue the confirmation for the new dates before you download — often the better option. Just ask.
Exceptions
- Errors in details you entered (name spelling, wrong dates) are not grounds for a refund after download — but contact us and we will help with a reissue.
- Visa refusal or non-acceptance by an authority is outside our control and not grounds for a refund after download (see Terms).
- Suspected fraud or abuse voids refund eligibility.
