Check spam/promotions first. Then use Manage Booking with your email and confirmation code to re-download instantly, or contact support.
My travel dates changed — can I update the confirmation?
Contact support before downloading and we will reissue for your new dates. After download, a new confirmation can be arranged.
Can I add additional guests?
Yes — add their names at checkout at no extra charge (up to 8). They appear on the confirmation and can be used for verification.

What is the refund policy?
